Delete your Press Golf account
How to delete it
Email support@pressgolf.cc from the email address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my Press account". Press replies to confirm, and deletes the account within 30 days.
What's deleted
- Your account and email address.
- Your groups and players, rounds and cards, courses (with their greens, maps and hole notes), your bag and usual score.
- Outings you organised, including the scores guests typed into them. Guests keep the copy already on their phones.
- Your memberships in other people's outings.
What's kept
- Scores you typed into someone else's outing stay on their card, because they're part of that organiser's round.
- A guest's own round that used your group or course keeps a copy of that group or course, owned by the guest.
- Server backups age out within 7 days.
- Service logs (IP address and sign-in times) are deleted automatically within 7 days.
Deleting less than your account
You can delete a single round, course, player or club in the app, and it's removed from the server at the next sync.
